Meet Jackson
Jackson Cooper is an attorney with 13 years of experience practicing law in Kentucky. He served as an Assistant County Attorney for ten years, gaining significant trial experience and a deep understanding of the court system. Three of those ten years were spent in the Domestic Violence unit, seeking justice for survivors and holding their abusers accountable. He also spent the last two years representing tenants against abusive landlords who failed to provide their renters with safe, healthy homes, charged illegal fees, refused to return security deposits, and wrongfully evicted Kentuckians.
Jackson is driven to seek justice for people who have been mistreated, bullied, or abused by people who use their power to take advantage of others. The legal system is far from perfect, but having quality representation can make a big difference in how you are treated in court.
Jackson was raised here in Louisville, KY. He graduated from the University of Louisville College of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He worked ten years in the IT field as a developer, database administrator, systems analyst, and consultant. He attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL and graduated cum laude with a JD and a certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology law.
Apart from the law, Jackson puts his Eagle Scout skills to use hiking and camping with his wife and dogs, and he enjoys live music whenever possible.
